Impact Wellness & Longevity is a precision wellness practice led by Jodi, an athletic trainer with deep experience in metabolic health, performance, nutrition, movement, GLP-1 support, peptide education, and practical follow-up. We combine comprehensive labs, targeted therapies, nutrition, movement, and accountability into one clear plan.
Your body is not a collection of separate problems. It is one connected system.
Most people do not need another random plan. They need someone to connect the dots and help them execute consistently.
Comprehensive baseline labs and intake across metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, nutritional, and lifestyle patterns.
We look for patterns and ratios, not just whether a lab is inside a broad normal range.
A protocol across food, movement, recovery, supplements, medication options, and peptides when clinically appropriate.
Follow-up, messaging, symptom tracking, body composition, and repeat labs guide the next adjustment.
Most annual physicals are built to detect disease. Impact uses lab work to understand function, resilience, and why your body may not be responding.
Free testosterone, total testosterone, DHEA-S, estradiol, progesterone, SHBG, prolactin, LH, FSH, cortisol ratios.
HbA1c, C-peptide, estimated average glucose, albumin, cortisol, triglycerides:HDL ratio.
ApoB, ApoA1, ApoB:ApoA1 ratio, Lp(a), HDL, LDL, triglycerides, VLDL, cholesterol ratios.
TSH, free T3, free T4, TPOAb, TgAb, free T3:free T4 ratio, TSH:T4 ratio.
Vitamin D, B12, folate, ferritin, iron, TIBC, iron saturation, UIBC, calcium, total protein.
ALT, AST, ALP, AST:ALT ratio, BUN, creatinine, eGFR, hs-CRP, PSA when appropriate.
The goal is not to eat as little as possible. The goal is helping your body regulate hunger, preserve muscle, support recovery, and build habits that last beyond the prescription.
Appetite regulation, satiety, and blood sugar support.
Stronger appetite, glucose, and body-composition support when appropriate.
Daily option for more gradual or adjustable support.
Short-term appetite support when clinically appropriate.
Support for reward-driven cravings and emotional eating patterns.
Blood sugar and metabolic support when labs support its use.
Peptides earn their place when the data, symptoms, and goals support their use. LLMD means liposomal lipid matrix delivery. Injectable forms are expanding.
Tissue and recovery support.
Cellular energy and healthy aging support.
Growth hormone signaling and recovery support.
Growth hormone release and recovery support.
Recovery, sleep, and body-composition applications.
Body-composition and fat-metabolism support.
Metabolic performance and body-composition support.
Mitochondrial and metabolic support.
Additional peptide options for tissue, immune, hormonal, and cognitive support.
Your care path is built around your goals, labs, and level of support. Pricing is reviewed during consultation before anything begins.
Stabilize appetite, blood sugar, inflammation, nutrition structure, movement consistency, sleep, and recovery.
Move from correction to optimization with continued body-composition, hormone, peptide, nutrition, strength, and sustainability support.
Continue follow-ups, messaging, lab review, protocol refinement, and regression prevention.
GLP-1s and peptides are only part of the picture. The reason results last is the habit work underneath them.

Jodi is the founder and clinical lead behind Impact Wellness & Longevity. With more than 10 years of experience in athletic training, sports medicine, surgical recovery, performance, and corrective exercise, she brings a medically grounded, whole-body lens to metabolic health and longevity care. Her work is rooted in proactive healthcare, not sick care. Through extensive additional training in functional medicine, GLP-1 therapies, peptide therapy, hormone health, nutrition, exercise physiology, and recovery, Jodi helps bridge the gap between clinical treatment and the daily behaviors that determine long-term outcomes. At Impact, our medical team works closely together to build comprehensive programs that combine labs, clinical oversight, GLP-1 support, peptide therapy, hormone-focused care, nutrition, movement, supplementation, and accountability. We look at how the body responds as a connected system: appetite, blood sugar, inflammation, hormones, muscle, sleep, digestion, stress, recovery, and mindset. The goal is not quick weight loss or temporary change. It is helping patients understand their bodies, preserve muscle, improve metabolic function, feel like themselves again, and create long-term health without the rebound cycle. Jodi built Impact for people who know something is off, even if they have been told everything looks "normal." Her approach is educational, practical, and deeply individualized: measure what matters, explain what it means, and build a plan patients can actually follow in real life.

The first step is not another generic plan. It is knowing where your body actually stands.
